We do our best to ensure that the parts you receive meet the specifications we publish in our catalog or on our website.
In the unlikely event you receive an item from PUI Audio that is defective, damaged, incorrect or a mis-shipment please notify the PUI Audio Customer Service Department to request an RMA number (Return Material Authorization). RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from date of issue. RMA's received outside the 30 days will be refused and shipped back to you at your expense. RMA's will not be issued for parts that are returned more than 12-months from date you purchased them. We carefully package our products for shipping and send them FOB our plant. We will not be responsible for damages that may occur during shipping.
Please send merchandise back in our original packaging along with a copy of our invoice and a brief explanation of why you are returning the material. Please make sure the RMA # is printed legibly on the outside of the shipping carton and are in bold, visible letters. Send all returns to the following address:
Once we have resolved the nature of your return, we will promptly correct your order and/or credit your account.
Parts received by PUI Audio without an RMA number and copy of the invoice may be returned to you with our freight charges added or we may hold the parts until the nature of the return has been determined and they can be processed. If you order the wrong part number, the wrong quantity or the parts you order do not conform to your specifications but do meet our published specs, a 15% restocking charge may be imposed. Special Orders or non-standard parts may not be returned.
All returns are subject to PUI Audio's discretion.
